Service Terms

These Service Terms (the “Terms”) apply to your access to and use of the website Vlk Hodnotmir Platform and the AI market platform together, the “Service”, operated by Vlk Hodnotmir Platform Inc. (the “Vlk Hodnotmir Platform”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By using or accessing the Service, you accept these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the Service.
1. Who May Use the Service
You must be 18 or older to use the Service. By accessing it, you confirm that you satisfy this age requirement and can legally agree to these Terms. The Service cannot be used in any jurisdiction where applicable law prohibits it.
2. Opening an Account
Full access requires an account containing accurate, up-to-date, and complete information. You must protect your sign-in details and remain responsible for activity under your account. If you believe someone has accessed it without permission, notify us promptly at if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
We may restrict or close accounts that breach these Terms, provide misleading information, or participate in fraudulent or abusive behaviour.
3. The Service: Scope and Limits
Vlk Hodnotmir Platform offers AI-supported market analysis, trading signals, and optional automated order placement through linked brokerage accounts. The Service is intended for information and analysis.
- Vlk Hodnotmir Platform does not hold, safeguard, or administer your money. Your capital remains in your own brokerage or exchange account.
- We connect with your broker through API credentials configured for read-only access and, where enabled, order execution. These credentials do not permit fund withdrawals.
- Historical results from a strategy or signal should not be treated as an indication of what may happen later.
- Every trade carries risk, including the possibility of losing the original amount invested.
4. No Investment Guidance
Nothing provided through the platform Vlk Hodnotmir Platform is financial, investment, trading, or other professional advice. AI signals and analytics are informational only. Consider consulting a qualified financial professional before making investment decisions. Vlk Hodnotmir Platform is not registered as an investment adviser, dealer, or financial planner.
5. Charges and Billing
Certain features require a paid subscription. Pricing is shown on the pricing page and may change with 30 days’ notice. Listed amounts do not include applicable taxes, which are your responsibility. Plans are charged in advance monthly or yearly. At our discretion, new subscribers may receive a refund within 14 days of the first charge.
6. Permitted Use
You agree that you will not:
- Use the Service unlawfully or contrary to an applicable rule or requirement.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to obtain the platform source code.
- Deploy automated tools to scrape, crawl, or collect information from the Service.
- Resell, sublicense, or use any portion of the Service commercially without written permission beforehand.
- Damage, interrupt, or impair the Service, its operation, or supporting infrastructure.
- Carry out market manipulation, front-running, or another practice that breaches financial rules.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All materials, software, algorithms, marks, and confidential technology included in or delivered through the Service belong exclusively to Vlk Hodnotmir Platform or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer any ownership or other interest to you. Our marks and logos may not be used without advance written approval.
8. Warranty Disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Vlk Hodnotmir Platform DOES NOT PROMISE THAT THE SERVICE WILL OPERATE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION OR ERRORS, OR THAT IT WILL BE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL ELEMENTS.
9. Liability Limits
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY APPLICABLE LAW, Vlk Hodnotmir Platform WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE LOSS, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA, TRADING LOSSES, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WARNED SUCH LOSS COULD OCCUR. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO Vlk Hodnotmir Platform DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE.
10. Indemnity
You agree to reimburse, defend, and protect Vlk Hodnotmir Platform and its officers, directors, staff and representatives against claims, liabilities, losses, damages and costs (including reasonable legal expenses) arising out of or connected with your use of the Service, breach of these Terms or infringement of another party’s rights.
11. Ending Access
You can close your account through its settings or by contacting . We can suspend or end access immediately when these Terms are breached. Once access ends, your permission to use the Service stops, and account information may be removed in line with our Privacy Policy.
12. Applicable Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will first be submitted to binding arbitration in Toronto under the applicable Canadian arbitration rules. Users in the EU or United Kingdom may also bring claims before their competent local courts.
13. Revisions to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material revisions will receive at least 14 days’ notice by email or through a platform banner. Continuing to use the Service after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms.
